Thomas A. Pozerski, P.E., LEED AP
Tom Pozerski joined Merrill in 2007 after serving 31 years as a Field Grade Military Engineering Officer Serving on Active and Reserve Duty. During his service he was assigned to the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (ACOE)-Military Division for 28 years. He was an enlisted soldier for three years and performed his officer training while stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C, subsequently being promoted as an Officer. Throughout his career he completed four command tours of duty to include combat operations in Southwest Asia. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
As our Marine Service’s Director, he has extensive experience in Marine Engineering, design and permitting with local, state and federal agencies. He possesses a strong background in in site assessments, hydrological analysis, sewer and utility design, local, state and federal permitting, and construction and administration.
Tom is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Massachusetts, a registered Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Advanced Professional (LEED-AP), is an EPA-National Pollution Discharge Eliminations System (NPDES) Certified Stormwater Inspector, A Massachusetts Marine Trades Association Member, is a certified MassDEP Septic Inspector and Soils Evaluator. Tom leads the engineering team in Merrill’s Plymouth offices and is instrumental to the growth and development of this newly established location. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
