Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Resource Engineering Concentration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Prior to working at Merrill, he had experience in surveying and geotechnical research for offshore wind turbines. Since joining, Seth has assisted in plan preparation and local permitting. He has also assisted with Marine Division projects in design and permitting.
