Home of Distinction 2015

Merrill Corporation is pleased to have contributed to the 2015 Home of Distinction project in Norwell, Massachusetts, providing site planning, design, and permitting services. Local builder and developer Eugene Mattie is building a New England Colonial style home at 95 Jacobs Lane in Norwell. The home will have the “finest and most innovative materials and services”, according to Mattie, including a large granite and stainless steel kitchen, 3 car garage, morning room, and first floor office. Once complete, this state of the art home will be open for three weeks to public tours, with 100% of the proceeds to benefit South Shore Habitat for Humanity. The tours will be staffed by Habitat volunteers and the cost will be $10 per person.
