As part of Bridgewater Savings Bank’s expansion plan on the South Shore, this site in the Historic District of Pembroke Center was selected. Two existing buildings, including a residence and old commercial building, were razed to create sufficient space for the new, freestanding, 2,000 sf Bank, which includes three drive thru lanes, ATM, a pass by lane, and employee and customer parking. Architectural plans by DRL Associates Inc. were custom prepared to meet the Pembroke Historical District regulations and blend with the surrounding architecture.
