Larry joined the Merrill Team in 2023. During his time with Merrill, Larry has assisted the Engineering Division with permitting, plan preparation, storm water analysis, residential site, and septic design.
Larry plays a key role in site design, engineering, and permitting processes, with experience in site planning, stormwater management, wastewater treatment design for residential and commercial developments, grading and drainage, utility coordination, and drainage analysis.

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of MA, Dartmouth, Larry is also a Massachusetts Certified Engineer in Training – E.I.T. and a Massachusetts DEP Certified Soils Evaluator.

Outside Merrill, Larry enjoys photography, cheering on the Patriots, and watching his kids flourish in soccer and ballet. Traveling through Europe with his family has brought him the greatest memories.
