Concept Plan for Building Improvement
Merrill assisted Randolph Automotive Service Center, Inc. recently in remodeling their site to construct a new convenience store complete with a full service Dunkin Donuts with drive-thru, Mobil fuel dispensers, and a modernized service center. New underground storage tanks, a Stormwater Management System, better environmental protection, improved site access, parking layout, traffic circulation and accessible parking are just a few of the numerous site improvements undertaken with this project.
