Formerly an old gravel and sand removal site immediately adjacent to moderately dense residential development, Merrill was retained to plan, design, and permit this Open Space Residential Development. Old cranberry bogs were retained for drainage as well as site aesthetics, and a unique secondary driveway was designed to accommodate abutters in achieving improved access through the subdivision, as well as facilitating emergency access to support a waiver from maximum dead end length of roadway allowed by the Planning Board. Construction began in the fall of 2013.
