Data Collection and Storage Facility Yard

Expansion and renovation of the existing Data Collection and Storage Facility required the addition of a 28,000 sf Outdoor Equipment Yard. The site design required stormwater and parking circulation improvements, security fencing, and landscape design. This area abutting an environmentally sensitive Great Pond includes an existing walkway extensively used by the public as a scenic walkway and exercise trail. As part of this project, the Owner donated the design and construction of a patio area adjacent to the walkway, including benches, picnic tables, and landscaping.
